9. Click Generate to produce the Programmer Object File that is stored

in the flash device.

Set Up the Programming Download

1. To open the programmer, click on Programmer in the Tools menu.

2. Click the Hardware Setup button and select the download cable

you are using, the USB Blaster in this example.

3. Set Mode to JTAG. Figure A–4 shows an example of the selections.
